3. Quotations & Contracts
All quotations provided through the website are preliminary and non-binding. Actual commitment begins upon signing a work agreement or purchase order by both parties.
4. Confidentiality & NDA
We respect the confidentiality of all data and drawings provided by clients. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed upon request before sharing any sensitive files.
5. Intellectual Property
All engineering deliverables remain the intellectual property of Studio 360 until full payment. Upon complete payment, usage rights transfer to the client per the agreed scope.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in the work agreement. Typically, an advance payment is required before work commences, with milestone payments tied to agreed deliverables.
7. Liability & Warranties
Services are provided to the highest professional quality standards. Studio 360 is not liable for damages resulting from modifications made by the client or third parties to delivered outputs.
8. Website Usage

9. Modification of Terms
